Membership as a Supplier entitles you to the following advertising services during the Term:

Membership as a Supplier and a Buyer entitles you to all the above advertising services during the Term.

In addition to the services to which you are entitled as a Supplier and/or a Buyer (as the case may be), you shall be entitled to the additional advertising services set out hereunder during the Term upon payment of the corresponding fee:

You will be entitled to include Stock-Lot Profiles[3] of stock that is available for sale.

You will be entitled to include Product Profiles[4] of suppliers’ products that are available for supply.

(Activities will be summarized on reports to reflect those members who visited the linked sites as well as those who purchased your company record)

(Pictures to be included in any of the services set out in this Rate Card must be supplied by you, and may be supplied, at your discretion, in 100 x 100 pixels for small size and/or 300 x 300 pixels for large size)

Banner Advertisement is a graphical or animated advertisement placed prominent position through Kenfair.com, available in rotational or fixed format. By clicking the banner, viewer are directed to another page or advertisers’ website for more details.

Button Advertisement is used to reflect an Internet advertisement smaller than the traditional banner. Button is usually fixed & targeted upon advertisers’ request with “hot link” to designated sites like that of Banner Advertisement.

* This Rate Card from time to time in force, are an integral part of Kenfair’s Advertiser’s Terms and Conditions. Kenfair’s Advertiser’s Terms and Conditions, from time to time in force, will be made available to you by Kenfair as soon as reasonably practicable after your written request for the same. All defined terms in this Rate Card have the same meaning and effect as ascribed to them in Kenfair’s Advertiser’s Terms and Conditions.

[1] Each product profile consists of 1 picture featuring 1 product and 30 words to highlight the features of the product featured in the picture.

[2] Buyers can register their immediate sourcing needs for particular products by uploading product advertisements in the “Post-To-Buy” section of the Website. Suppliers can then browse the “Post-To-Buy” section of the Website to ascertain whether they can fulfil such sourcing needs.

[3] Each Stock-Lot Profile consists of 6 pictures comprising an unlimited number of products that are available for supply, together with a maximum of 200 words to highlight the features of the products featured in the pictures.

[4] Each Product Profile consists of 1 picture featuring 1 product and 60 words to highlight the features of the product featured in the picture.

[5] Buyer Records comprise certain details and profiles that buyers authorise Kenfair to disclose to prospective suppliers. Each Buyers Record is available to Suppliers upon advance payment of US$3.

[6] Supplier Records comprise certain details and profiles that suppliers authorise Kenfair to disclose to prospective buyers. Each supplier Record is available to Buyers upon advance payment of US$3.

[7] All Post-To-Buy Advertisments consist of a maximum of 150 words.
