It has been our established approach to work collaboratively with our clients to make things happen,” says Mr. Feng.
The company’s art crafts and home décor collections have been enjoying great popularity in the US and Canada for these long years. “The main reason for our products’ success there is they all look stunningly unique, versatile, and innovative and can be customised to whatever style our customers require,” continues Mr. Feng.
Another important selling point is the excellent quality and attractive prices Zenith Arts can offer to the customers. According to Mr. Feng, many of his US customers are big chain stores and retailers who are highly demanding in terms of quality and product safety. Production takes place at Zenith’s ISO 9001-certified, 200,000 sq.m. factory in Shunde, Foshan of Guangdong Province China by a strong team of 400 workers. “We implement a strict product quality assurance system all along our production procedure,” assures Mr. Feng.
Moreover, the handicrafts manufacturing is a very labour-intensive endeavour, requiring a high level of workmanship and delicate hand skills. Mr. Feng boasts of the company’s edge in this aspect when telling how their products capture the US buyers. Currently, Zenith’s factory on the mainland China produces an annual output of 50 containers of products for export.
To flourish in today’s highly globalised and competitive market, Zenith’s products are poised to stay on top by being trendy, innovative and tasteful, backed up by superb product quality and customer service. “We are very concerned about customer satisfaction on our products as it helps build up long-term confidence and reputation. We listen to the clients’ feedback, and if ever they have problems or suggestions on our products, we just have them to come and discuss frankly with us. Only through this two-way communication can we get what they really want and care,” Mr. Feng says.
With its historical roots spanned from Canada, the company’s exports mainly go to the North America. “The North American market takes up 70% of our total export volume, with another 20% being shipped to Europe and the rest to the Middle East. Country-wise, the US represents the 80% lion-share of our orders in North American market, with Canada absorbing the remaining 20%,” says Mr. Feng. “Our versatility, innovative designs, excellent craftsmanship and high product quality have been highly regarded by the US and Canadian buyers throughout these years. We never fail to surprise them with new products to cater for different seasons of the year. Moreover, our competitive prices definitely give us an upper hand in the price-conscious US market. They don’t need to look any further for what they want. We are in a strong position to fully cater their tastes and demand.”
To further penetrate the market and look for new streams of customers, Zenith Arts relies much on trade fairs to expand exposure for its products. “We are a regular exhibitor at China’s Canton Fair and Kenfair’s Hong Kong Mega Show. We found that these trade fairs have been very effective for us to meet new buyers and promote our products to the market.” adds Mr. Feng.
Mr. Wong reveals that the company has some bold plans to further expand and innovate their current product lines. Apart from upgrading the production scale and facilities in the factory, Zenith is now working on some new product development projects in collaboration with a few design companies in Canada. It is taking high gears in crafting out more and more artistic-yet-innovative ornaments and home decors. Its ever-expanding lines will continue to keep all customers both in the west and east impressed and happy.
