About Kenfair (U.S.A.) Limited
Kenfair USA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kenfair International (Holidings)
Limited ("Kenfair International" or "the Group"), a Hong Kong-based exhibitions
organizer publicly listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong
Kong Limited ("SEHK". Stock Code: 223). The Group is renowned in organizing
world-class trade exhibitions in Hong Kong and overseas countries.
Kenfair (U.S.A.) Limited is a Nevada incorporated corporation, the organiser of the Group's first US show - Kenfair Asian expo, Las Vegas - held in every August.
Kenfair International's annual highlights are the Hong Kong International
Toys & Gifts Show and Asian Gifts Premium & Household Products
Show (collectively known as "the October Shows"). The October Shows are
approved events of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
Themed in toys, gifts, premium and household products, the 2004 edition
of the October Shows recruited over 3,000 exhibitors to display their exhibits in
more than 4,600 booths, and attracted 63,905 buyers from all over the world.
In the same year, the successful October Shows was followed by ASIANA - Mega
Show Part 2, as a continuation of business opportunities in the region.
Kenfair International recognizes the ever-increasing demand from manufacturers
worldwide to take part in the marvelous trade events in Hong Kong.
The Group's first overseas trade exhibition is the Asia Expo in London
("Asia Expo"). It is exclusively reserved for Asian-made toys, gifts,
premium and household products. Asia Expo made its debut in 2001, and
it has since become Kenfair International's annual show that is endorsed
as a UFI-approved event. The 2004 edition of Asia Expo in February 2004
consisted of 930 exhibitors, and was staged as the largest
trade exhibition for Asian-manufactured toys, gifts, premium and household
products in London.
It is the above successful experience that incubates Kenfair Asian expo,
Las Vegas to make its debut in August 2003. The maiden event brought
404 Asian manufacturers of toys, gifts, premium and household products
to 6,698 buyers from the North and South Americas. The 2nd Kenfair Asian expo, Las Vegas last August,
has expanded to 584 exhibitors.
